British HR Awards Manufacturing & Engineering Company of the Year Winner

We are thrilled to announce that we have won the Manufacturing & Engineering Company of the Year award at the British HR Awards 2024.

We were up against tough competition from finalists such as Actuation-Collins Aerospace, Cox Marine, Pennine Healthcare, and Steer Automotive Group.

We won for the transformation of our graduate programme to make it more appealing to GENZ graduates. The programme nurtures talent and equips our graduates with the industry knowledge, essential skills, and management behaviours that our business needs now and in the future.

The British HR Awards is an annual campaign to discover and celebrate the organisations and individuals who are truly passionate about delivering a world-class people experience.

This award is in recognition of our outstanding Graduate Programme and a true testament to the hard work and dedication of the team. The program has been nothing short of transformative, equipping me with insights into the world of procurement and supply.

2022 Procurement Graduate

This year, just over 300 entries were received from organisations across the UK, so competition to be named a winner proved especially tough. Firms participating ranged from start-up innovators to public sector heroes, tech superstars, global titans and everything in between.

We were finalists in two other categories: Learning & Development Initiative of the Year and Best Overall People Experience.

The judges for the British HR Awards 2024 were a group of accomplished professionals from various industries such as WPP, SUEZ recycling, and the British Film Institute (BFI), to name a few.
