DS Smith Capital Markets Day 2026

Join our Capital Markets Day on Tuesday 3 November, 2026, 13:00 – 17:00 GMT (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET).

The event follows International Paper’s January 2026 announcement, which stated its intention to create an independent, publicly traded company from its EMEA Packaging business, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions. Once the Separation is complete, the independent company will be known as DS Smith plc.

Tim Nicholls and Vincent Bonnot, the future Chief Executive Officer and future Chief Financial Officer of DS Smith plc, respectively, will host the Capital Markets Day, alongside other senior leaders from across the EMEA business. 

The team will discuss the planned public company and its position as an enhanced pure-play packaging leader within the European market. The team will also provide details about the business model, growth strategy, and financial outlook post Separation.
