Challenge: Improved order preparation

A leading pharmaceutical laboratory was looking for a grouping packaging solution to replace existing wooden pallets in order to improve workstation ergonomics during order preparation. We identified two challenges; making box assembly as quick and easy as possible for warehouse operators and; improving recyclability for the end customer – in this case pharmacies and shops. We recommended shifting to our corrugated board pallets which are easy to assemble and 100% recyclable. Unlike wooden pallets, our cardboard solution can also be printed to reflect the brand.
