One of the latest dunnage design made for an automotive manufacturer consisted of an L-shaped moulded car-part. To meet customer requirements, DS Smith Plastics group of designers came up with an ergonomic dunnage design that allowed the car parts to be horizontally packed facing one another on a single pocket, as opposed to just one part per pocket. Each divider has two-sections or pockets that holds 2 moulded parts each.
