Acid-free board uses specially formulated papers that are suitable for addressing the problem of storing and preserving documents for extensive periods. Acid-free paper is either ph neutral or has a ph value of 7 or higher. This material is produced from virgin fibre and is FSC^® accredited and is also 100% recyclable. The material is produced with all liners including the fluting being produced from the same grade and used for archive storage and acid-free boxes.

This material is predominantly used in litho laminating applications. When combined with a printed top sheet, it provides additional strength and protection to a product. The material can be supplied in roll or sheet to suit converting equipment being used.Single face materials can be enhanced through the use of performance, fluting, dyed and pre-print liners. Single face materials can also be utilised as packaging products or trays where the fluted profile adds a decorative finish. In addition, it is an ideal base material for litho mounting or laminating used within Consumer Packaging where a more robust product is required.

Blue double sided tape

This double-sided adhesive tape is suitable for self-sealing cases such as CD boxes, mail order catalogues, easy-seal boxes.

•    15mm blue tape with an 8mm self-adhesive tape

Rippa tape

A self-adhesive tape applied to inside liner for quick and easy opening of the case, without use of a knife.

White double sided closed faced Sesame tape

This is internal tape for reinforcing hand holes (e.g. ‘carry home handles’) and side walls.

Edgemaster tape
