The Gender Diversity Network, established by a group of graduates, inspires and raises awareness about many important topics such as menopause, mental health, unconscious bias, and non-binary issues.

 


Our Purpose

By recognizing the importance of fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, our purpose is creating a network where all employees can come together to share their experiences, challenges, opportunities in a supportive and empowering environment. We aim to promote equal representation and recognition for all genders at DS Smith and empower one another through advice and support.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to thrive and succeed in their careers, regardless of their gender. That's why our network is open to all employees, regardless of their gender identity or expression. Together, we can create a workplace culture that celebrates diversity and promotes equality for all.
