Your role 

Our Quality team provides technical and analytical support to our sites, ensuring excellent, quality performance products for our customers.  From establishing vital quality control processes to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, these efforts are essential for achieving and sustaining superior quality and compliance.  

We're looking for talented, passionate people who have an appetite for root cause problem solving and can suggest continuous improvements to our processes.    

You'll be responsible for maintaining the quality of our delivered packaging and quickly look to resolve and report on product, service, quality & hygiene issues. Using structured problem-solving techniques, you will look to rectify customer complaints, address quality issues, assisting with investigations and completing customer quality questionnaires. You may be involved with customer visits onsite and at customer sites, and may be responsible for advising on compliance standards, internal auditing and reporting on non-conformances. Your role may involve development, maintainence and audit of the business management systems, including ISO9001, BRCGS and FSC certifications.
