• We're looking for colleagues who are driven by a passion for improving operational
  performance and have a strong background in process improvement, who will lead streamlining initiatives in operations, reducing waste, and enhancing production efficiency through (80/20) lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other OpEx methodologies.

• Advocates for best practice identification, validation and deployment across sites, champions that create a culture of continuous improvement, working with cross-functional teams to identify, assess and implement process enhancements that deliver measurable results.

• A strong ability to analyse operational data, monitor KPIs, and identify trends to inform decision-making, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and performance.
