Working alongside Epson, DS Smith provides a wide variety of services including:
- Managing the configuration of printers and components
- Sourcing, verifying and distributing printer peripherals
- Maintaining stock and pricing of materials
- Supplier management of all non-corrugated materials (stickers, CD/DVD, cables, slimline drawers)
- Managing the database of manuals and all of the different formats
