DS Smith received the Best Innovation Supplier 2013 Award, recognising our overall contribution to Nestlé’s Innovation agenda over the past year.
DS Smith was awarded a certificate for outstanding Innovation Proposals, over 24 suppliers by the Fibrepack Team within European Procurement.
The award was presented to the Innovation Centre Team and Richard Stuckes, DS Smith Packaging CEO, by Paul Pickard, Nestlé Procurement Director Zone Europe.
The private reception was held on the sixth floor of Nestlé's Global Headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland.
Selection Criteria*:
- total number of concepts published in the FPT Newsletter
- total number of votes received by Supplier during 2013
- number of votes for one single concept proposed
- NPDI status at 31/12/13 for concepts proposed
* Equal weight for each criterion in the final scoring.
