Rapak Intasept® Technology for Coconut Products
Intasept ® is the only aseptic filling equipment for flexible bags that offers the security of heat-sealed closure before and after filling. It is suitable for Bag-in-Box, drums, bins, IBC and other containers for liquids. The system comprises of two parts:
Double membrane gland guarantees heat-sealed closure before and after filling. It utilizes a patented energy riser technology for more effective and quicker reseal.
Filler ensures the sterile transfer for both low and high acid products without use of chemical agents.

Rapak Filling Equipment for Coconut products
Rapak fillers are reliable, easy to operate and maintain and require low investment. Our bags are also compatible with other fillers on the market via Elpo fitment.
Intasept 2400 Single-Head Semi-Automatic Filling Machine
The filler is designed to fill 1.5 - 20 L (0.5 - 5 gal.) bags at a lower production output. It is ideal for use in market research sample production and pilot scale product development plants. Bags are manually loaded into the filler and after filling, they are released to the front of the machine for loading into boxes.
Options: Two fillers can be installed as an integrated pair for twin-head operation. The fill table can be adjusted to allow manual filling of 210 L bags into drums.
- 3L (1 gal.) at up to 4 bags/min
- 5L (1.5 gal.) bags at up 3 bags/min
- 10L (2.5 gal.) bags at up to 2 bags/min

A bulk filler for IBC containers ranging from 200 to 1000 L (30-55 gal.). Ideal for filling hot and ambient liquid and viscous products.
- 200L (55 gal.) - 18 bags/hour – 3,500 L/hr (900 Gal)
- 1000L (260 gal.) - 4 bags/hour – 8,000 L/hr (2,080 Gal)
