Rouen Paper Mill
Founded in 1928, Rouen Paper Mill in Normandy, northern France, was the first paper mill in France to produce lightweight recycled fluting, which is used to make corrugated paper. It also produces light medium, medium, and dual-use papers.
The on-site corrugator and converting machines mean that DS Smith’s Paper and Packaging teams operate out of the same location, creating efficiencies that benefit our customers.
