DS Smith releases its Annual Report 2015
The Annual report demonstrates the value we bring to our customers' supply chains as Supply Cycle Strategist.
DS Smith now operates across 32 countries and employs around 24,700 people, having acquired businesses in Spain, Italy and in south eastern Europe over the last year. These actions are part of our efforts to increase the scale and quality of the business in order to achieve our vision — to become the leader in recycled packaging for consumer goods.
The report focuses on our performance for the year 2014/15 and describes how each of our divisions is contributing to our integrated business model.
Operating profits were up 17% on the previous year at £3351 million, delivering earnings of 24.5p1 and a total dividend of 11.4p per share for our shareholders, demonstrating the strength of the combination of our packaging, paper, recycling and plastics operations.
